Website Privacy Policy

What this website does and does not do with information — in plain language, and only what is actually true of it.

Who runs this site

This website is operated by Fadel Gaba under the brand Seybakh Studios. Seybakh Studios is a personal, unregistered brand — it is not a registered company. For anything in this policy, write to support@seybakh.com.

What this policy covers

This policy describes only this website. The Evolve: Solar Age mobile game is a separate product with its own privacy policy, because it behaves differently and involves different companies.

No accounts, forms or tracking

This is a static informational site. It has none of the following:

  • no accounts, sign-in or profiles
  • no contact forms, newsletters or waiting lists
  • no database of visitors
  • no advertising pixels, behavioural profiling or session replay
  • no third-party chat widget, embedded video player or social embed
  • no cookies, and no analytics service of any kind

What your browser stores

The site saves three small preferences in your own browser. They stay on your device, they are not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.

  • your chosen language, so the site opens in it next time
  • a note that the opening animation has already played in this browsing session
  • your light or dark appearance preference

Hosting and delivery

Like any website, this one is delivered by hosting infrastructure, and that infrastructure necessarily processes ordinary request information in order to serve a page and to stay secure. That normally includes your IP address, your browser's request headers, the time of the request, and delivery or security logs. We do not use this information to build a profile of you. The production hosting arrangement is not finalised yet, so this policy does not name a provider; it will name one when that is settled.

If you email us

If you write to support@seybakh.com, we receive whatever you choose to put in that message — your email address, its contents, and any attachment you send. Please send only what is needed to answer you. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the exchange, and for nothing else.

How long things are kept

Support correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for answering you and for keeping a reasonable record of the exchange. Hosting and security logs are kept for the limited period the infrastructure needs for delivery and security purposes. We do not keep a visitor database, because there is none to keep.

Children

This site asks for no personal information from anyone, and it has no sign-up of any kind, so it collects nothing from a child that it does not collect from any other visitor — which is to say, nothing beyond the ordinary request processing described above. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, write to support@seybakh.com and we will delete it.

Security, honestly stated

The site is static and holds no visitor database, which removes whole categories of risk. Even so, no website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, and email in particular is not a secure channel — please do not send us sensitive information in one.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described in the text rather than made silently.
